Soundproof Walls

how can i soundproof an existing wall to block noise from the next door coffee shop.?

I have a spa and next door is a coffee shop. The walls are all connected together and I can hear them talking laughing. Is there anything I can do to reduce the noise coming from that wall that is not expensive. I have a very limited budget.

1. If money were no issue... u could re frame an additional wall that would allow you to put insulation between them, But another fix could be to hang a nice floor rug on the wall.
2. I used this once.....go to Home Depot/Lowes/etc....look for rigid(hard insulation) and the batt (soft,attic kind). Purchase both kinds When you fill the wall, between there studs cut & place the rigid solid insulation between the studs, then the batting, then the rigid/solid. almost like making a sandwich. Finally cover with sheetrock. Worked like a charm, can't hear anything.
