Soundproof Walls

I need to soundproof a room in my home?

I need to soundproof an already constructed wall in my home, but I rent so I need to do as little damage as possible to the wall in question. The local home improvement shop has SoundBoard, but i can not find how to install. Any advice?

1. Aside from buying the really foam pyramid soundproofing, the second choice is the pink Styrofoam insulation board. It does a fair job of soundproofing, but the best part is...it's easy to work with. The thicker the board, the better the soundproofing.
